Annette & James put together a presentation for our agents that was loaded with great information.  What do you say when you first get an unknown client on the phone (ie. internet lead)?

Both agents gave great advice on how to open up that conversation, ask the right questions, and ultimately connect with that new client.  Its a fast paced juggling act where you, as an agent, need to get the most information out of a potential lead while not sounding too pushy and showing them the VALUE that you bring.  It ain't easy.
