Mr. Chavarria is a very intelligent real estate agent. He understands his clients wants/needs and goes on the hunt aggressively. He may have showed me over ten homes in person and emailed me over 30 homes to review before the visit. Mr. Chavarria sticks to your needs and what you are looking for, without guiding you unto the wrong path. We spent weeks going from neighborhood to neighborhood, and without one complaint. He responded daily with new homes to review and always responded to calls or messages in a reasonable amount of time. Mr. Chavarria gets an A+ for "customer service" when it comes to his attentiveness with his clients. One area I felt was not as strong, was the negotiation. I think the negotiation could have been a little more aggressive. I think the best attribute Mr. Chavarria showed was his kindness and concern. He still helped me after the home closed with some minor issues I had with the home. This showed that Mr. Chavarria is also genuine about his clients, and not only concerned about the sell of a home.
