A property was found! It was a 2 bedroom 2 bath home with an unfinished lower level. In order to maximize the home’s space, more bedrooms and bathrooms were added to the proposed floor plan. The changes proposed to the lower level (not shown below) included adding a full bath and a kitchenette.
