As a first time home buyer, I really didn't know what to expect in the very intimidating world of real estate. I talked to a few realtors and I felt that they were either looking to make the most money for themselves, or were not willing to make my needs a priority. A friend recommended that I talk to Cesar, and when I met him, I knew he was not like the others. He really seemed to understand where I was coming from, he was always upfront and honest with me, and he promised me that I'd be moving into my dream house. We immediately went to work, as he listened to my needs, gave me a variety of homes to choose from, and was always available when I had a question or thought. I always thought that I was being too pesky, but Mr. Chavarria always seemed enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile for me. When we found the perfect house, Cesar really made it a less stressful experience and I appreciated that he always kept me updated on the status of the sale. I am happy to say that I am now living in my dream house and I owe it to Mr. Chavarria. He was there when my family moved in, and I also consider him part of the family. Buying a house is a long, painful process when you don't have the right people around you, and thankfully because of Mr. Chavarria, my experience was a great one.
