Tammara is a proven leader who started in the restaurant business with Hilton Corporation in the mid-1990's. She quickly excelled in that industry and was recruited by Marie Callender restaurants where a rapid promotion to General Manager gave her the opportunity to prove her leadership skills and run two of their multimillion-do operations. From 2001 to 2005 Tammara spent some time in the Human Resources field as a national trainer for American Light Co.
Having owned and managed her own personal rental property since 2001, she quickly discovered her true passion for Real Estate. She obtained her real estate license in 2005 and quickly became a successful realtor and investor. Tammara founded Full Spectrum Realty in 2009 as a broker/owner, which successfully operates in the San Antonio and Austin markets.
Aside from real estate transactions, Tammara is a proven investor having done several profitable flips in both markets. Tammara's leadership skills have become instrumental in leading and mentoring her Full Spectrum team.
